Terms of Service
Effective date: 15-Sep-2026
This website is operated by Conduira Education & Training Services Pvt. Ltd., referred to below as “Conduira”, “we”, “us” or “our”.
These Terms explain how you may use our website, enquiry forms, assessments and services. Our Privacy Policy and Payment Terms & Refund Policy should be read alongside these Terms.
1. Our services
Conduira provides study-abroad guidance, profile evaluation, university and programme shortlisting, application support, test preparation, and related guidance.
The services included in a paid engagement will be described in the proposal, enrolment confirmation or other written agreement provided to you. Descriptions on this website do not mean that every service is included in every package.
Any service-specific terms will be shared before you purchase the relevant service. Nothing in these Terms limits rights available to you under applicable law.
2. Enquiries and profile evaluations
Submitting an enquiry or requesting a profile evaluation allows our team to review your information and contact you about your requirements.
Submitting a form does not:
Confirm a consultation appointment.
Enrol you in a paid programme.
Guarantee admission, a scholarship, a visa or another outcome.
Any appointment, paid service or further engagement will be arranged separately.
Please provide accurate contact details and information about your academic background and study plans.
3. Free English assessments
Free assessment availability and the tests offered are shown on the assessment page.
An assessment is intended to help you understand your current performance and preparation needs. It is not an official IELTS, PTE or TOEFL result and cannot replace a score issued by an official test provider.
You may be required to verify your email address. Assessment access will be communicated to your registered email once it is ready.
If you have already registered, contact studyabroad@conduira.com for access support. Requests for a second free assessment are handled manually and are subject to confirmation by our team.
Assessment access is for your personal use. Do not share access credentials, distribute assessment materials or attempt to bypass registration controls.
4. Your responsibilities
You are responsible for:
Providing complete and accurate information and genuine documents.
Reviewing applications and documents before approving their submission.
Meeting the deadlines communicated to you.
Protecting your account and assessment credentials.
Informing us promptly about changes to your plans or circumstances.
We may decline or suspend assistance involving false information, fabricated documents, misuse of systems or unlawful activity.
5. Students under 18
If you are under 18, involve your parent or lawful guardian when requesting services or sharing personal information.
Paid enrolment and contractual commitments for a minor must be made or authorised by a parent or lawful guardian.
6. Advice and outcomes
Our guidance is based on the information available and the circumstances you share with us.
Universities, examination bodies, lenders, scholarship providers and government authorities make their own decisions. We do not guarantee admission, scholarships, loans, visas, employment, immigration status or a particular test score.
Website information about courses, costs, entry requirements and immigration matters may change. Confirm current requirements with the relevant institution or authority before making a commitment.
This does not reduce our responsibility to deliver the services we have agreed to provide with reasonable care and skill.
7. Third-party services
Some services may involve external providers, including assessment platforms, universities, payment processors and other student-support providers.
Their services may have separate terms, charges and privacy notices. We will clarify the scope of our involvement where we arrange or recommend a service.
A link or reference on our website does not mean that every third-party service is included in a Conduira package.
8. Website and learning materials
Website content, branding and learning materials belong to Conduira or their respective owners.
You may use materials made available to you for their intended personal educational purpose. You may not copy, sell, republish or distribute protected material without permission, except where permitted by law.
Do not interfere with the website, attempt unauthorised access or use it to transmit harmful or unlawful material.
9. Payments and cancellations
Fees, payment schedules, cancellations and refunds are governed by our Payment Terms & Refund Policy and any service-specific terms agreed before payment.
10. Availability and responsibility
We may carry out maintenance, update content or make reasonable changes to our website and systems.
If a disruption affects a paid service, we will communicate the available next steps. Any applicable refund or other remedy will be considered under the agreed terms and applicable law.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability or restricts a remedy where doing so would be unlawful.
11. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms and will publish the revised effective date on this page.
Changes will not retrospectively remove rights relating to services already purchased. Material changes to an ongoing paid engagement will be communicated separately where required.
